While jumpsuits are commonly associated with skydivers, pilots, racecar drivers, and mechanics, they have become a runway regular. In the past few seasons, designers from Lanvin and Givenchy to Badgley Mischka and Ralph Lauren have included jumpsuits in their womenswear collections. Now, men get a chance to get in on the fun as jumpsuits are spotted on the runway during the men’s shows and in stores — catering to the fashion forward male shopper.
As with any fashion trend, you should not try to rock a jumpsuit if you do not feel comfortable or it does not fit your personal style because you’ll probably end up looking like an overgrown toddler. But, for those of you who welcome the idea of adding a jumpsuit to your wardrobe, I’ve picked out some favorites.
This short drop crotch jumpsuit by OAK is the most casual of the picks. I’d make it my own by cutting off the sleeves and wear it with leggings underneath and Yves Saint Laurent Johnny boots on my feet.

This Givenchy cotton gabardine jumpsuit looks great by itself, but could also easily be paired with a jacket or pair of gloves to give it a personal touch.

I love the cut of this black zip up jumpsuit by Songzio — one of those pieces that can make the day to night transition easily.
