Designer Jun Okamoto presented a 42 look ready-to-wear collection during Tokyo Fashion Week.
The show included both womenswear and menswear looks. The contemporary collection featured neutrals paired with unexpectedly brightly colored apparel; one standout piece was a grey shirtdress with a bright orange pleated skirt beneath. The line was made up of looks in cotton and jersey. Flower petals were scattered along the runway, representing the soft, sweetness of the collection. Top looks included: trench coats, plaid button downs, and oversized tops. Fabulous floral-inspired umbrella graced the runway. Runway palette, from the Spring/ Summer 2013 show, included shades: Olympian blue, titanium grey and muted citrus yellow. It is reported a ballerina danced for the show attendees before the models walked the runway in Mr. Okamoto looks.
